JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

  • To assist issue purchase order and other related documents.
  • To maintain/ monitor all supplier on delivery schedule.
  • Verify supplier invoice against purchase order issued.
  • Update and maintain store documentation.
  • To assist quotation generation, performing calculations for materials and costing.
  • To assist ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • To assist monitoring projects schedule and production schedule, panel delivery time.
  • To ensure all documents are maintained in good filling system.
  • Handling incoming invoices and outgoing invoices, ensuring all invoices are accurate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Advance/Higher/ Graduate Diploma of Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Self-motivated and team-player attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, discipline, responsible and with good working attitude.
  • Candidate with knowledge of Mandarin Language will be an added advantage as the role required to support Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Nationality Preferred : Malaysian only.
