Key Qualifications:

  • Female only.
  • Malaysian citizen, minimum 18 years old.
  • At least 3 years of retail experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in daily store operations.
  • Able to prepare and analyze sales reports and store KPIs.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and delivering excellent customer experience.
  • A strong passion for customer service, ensuring every shopper has a positive experience.
  • Able to work full shifts, weekends and public holidays and willing to stay back when required (e.g. sales setup, price adjustments, stock take).
  • Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle or public transport).
  • Must be able to cover other stores (Selangor/KL area) when needed.
  • Dependable and punctual, fulfilling work responsibilities consistently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing tasks, customer demands and store needs, especially during peak seasons.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with the 6ixty8ight brand image.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in inventory management, stock control and cash handling.
  • Ability to coach and train new team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 per month
