We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Trainee Embryologist to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a trainee Embryologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their fertility journey by performing advanced laboratory procedures related to in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo culture, cryopreservation, and other assisted reproductive technologies (ART). You will work closely with fertility specialists, andrologists, and lab technicians to ensure the highest standards of patient care and laboratory excellence.

Key Responsibilities (under supervision):

• Perform IVF laboratory procedures, including oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, fertilization checks, embryo grading, and embryo transfer.
• Conduct ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) and other micromanipulation techniques.
• Handle cryopreservation (vitrification) of oocytes, sperm, and embryos.
• Monitor embryo development and maintain optimal culture conditions.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control, laboratory protocols, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate patient records and laboratory documentation.
• Participate in research, training, and continuous improvement of laboratory techniques.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient treatment plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Embryology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
