Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by senior chefs (e.g., peeling, cutting, portioning).
  2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
  3. Follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures in compliance with hotel and food safety standards.
  4. Ensure all ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated (FIFO system).
  5. Assist with stock deliveries, storage, and inventory as needed.
  6. Support higher-level commis and chefs during service with basic tasks.
  7. Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas.
  8. Participate in training and development programs to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
  9. Uphold the hotel's values, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
