At NextGen Preschool we aim to create a nurturing environment where children can explore, play and develop essential social and academic skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Deliver Lessons:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster creativity, exploration, and learning. Tailor lessons to accommodate various learning styles and developmental needs.

  • Classroom Management:

Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and structured classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves, interact with others, and feel secure.

  • Child Development:

Observe and assess children's progress, providing individual support and addressing developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.

  • Encourage Social Skills:

Promote positive social interactions and help children develop important skills such as sharing, cooperation, conflict resolution, and respect for others.

  • Ensure Safety and Well-being:

Always maintain a vigilant attitude regarding the safety and health of the children. Follow all safety protocols, supervise children during activities, and ensure a clean and organized classroom.

  • Collaborate with Team:

Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective delivery of the curriculum. Participate in regular team meetings and training.

  • Encourage Play-Based Learning:

Provide hands-on experiences that promote learning through play, helping children to develop cognitive, motor, and language skills.

  • Create a Positive Environment:

Establish a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel respected, valued, and encouraged to explore their surroundings.

  • Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other necessary documentation. Keep up to date with children's portfolios and developmental reports.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least
    Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : Mandarin, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Required Skill(s) : Creative, Passionate, Patient, Initiative, Proactive, Energetic
  • Must love children
  • Strong interpersonal skill and work as a team.
  • Vigilant and responsible in supervision and carrying out programs as directed
  • Preferably teacher can play at least one musical instrument

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
