About the Role

Metro Plastic Manufacturer is expanding our global presence for garbage bags, carton liners, and pallet top sheets. We are seeking a full-time senior export specialist who can drive distributor acquisition, support profitability management, and assist with basic marketing video posting. This role focuses on international markets including Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new distributors in target markets
• Track sales performance and recommend actions to increase profitability
• Post product and brand videos on company platforms.

• Manage pricing strategies and monitor profit margins
• Track sales performance and recommend actions to increase profitability
• Post product and brand videos on company platforms (simple content management, not production)
• Build and manage a structured distributor pipeline
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Lead outreach, negotiation, and distributor onboarding
• Provide weekly reports on sales, profit, and market development progress

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in export, distributor development, or B2B growth
• Understanding of pricing, margins, and cost impact on profitability
• Experience in industrial, packaging, or manufacturing sectors preferred
• Ability to manage communication with procurement and supply chain buyers
• Familiarity with posting videos on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Strong negotiation, organization, and independent working skills
• Multi-market exposure (SG, AU, NZ, JP, US) is an advantage
