About the role

Jordans Management (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and bookkeeping operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing
  • Prepare tax computation and tax return.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing of financial documents
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate flow of financial information

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role (Internship are welcome to apply)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
