- Prepare letters, reports, and meeting minutes when required.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (SQL, Autocount, UBS, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

- Able to work under deadlines during month-end closing & deliveries.
