About the Role

We're looking for experienced and confident
Project Managers (preferred Wealth Management exposure is an advantage)
to join a dynamic IT team within a leading financial institution. You'll play a key role in delivering technology-driven initiatives that enhance business operations, customer experience, and long-term growth.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end project delivery — from planning and budgeting to execution and stakeholder management. You'll work closely with business, operations, and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience — banking or financial services experience preferred (Wealth Management exposure is an advantage
    ).
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and SDLC processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle in line with PMO methodology and governance standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, conducting regular meetings to monitor progress and address risks or issues.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks through proactive follow-up and resolution.
  • Prepare concise and accurate management reports to reflect project progress and challenges.
  • Ensure effective communication across stakeholders with timely updates and escalation where needed.
  • Govern change requests and scope adjustments through formal approval processes.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.
