Sales & Marketing Executive Junior (Umrah & Tour)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Junior to assist our sales team in attracting new customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our travel and Umrah packages, following up with leads, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market Umrah & tour packages through various channels.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
  • Handle customer inquiries (online & offline) and provide detailed package information.
  • Assist in managing social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Help create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and short videos.
  • Participate in roadshows, booths, or promotional events to promote company packages.
  • Prepare sales and marketing performance reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Management or related fields.
  • Strong interest in the Umrah & travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, disciplined, and proactive.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
