About the role

Are you a natural in sales and passionate about providing excellent customer service? As a Retail Sales Assistant at Imago Shopping Mall, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, you'll be an integral part of the team, connecting customers with the perfect pair of shoes or accessories. This is a full-time role where you'll have the opportunity to develop your retail skills and grow your career within the dynamic Tomaz Shoes (Retail) brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and attentive service to all customers, determining their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations
  • Maintaining excellent product knowledge to confidently discuss features and benefits with customers
  • Handling cash, cards, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring the store is well-presented and merchandised according to Tomaz Shoes (Retail) standards
  • Assisting with stock management, receiving deliveries, and replenishing shelves
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle cash and payments accurately
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player mentality and the willingness to support your colleagues as needed
