About the role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join the team at CAPITAL PM SDN. BHD. in Sarawak. As a full-time Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our engineering and construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of equipment and systems
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues to identify and resolve problems
• Interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics to ensure proper installation and operation of systems
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborating with other trades and professionals to coordinate project activities
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all electrical work performed
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

• A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Extensive experience as an Electrician, preferably within the engineering or construction industry
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues
• Excellent understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
