About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Frontend Developer
with strong expertise in
custom WordPress development
. The ideal candidate will be someone who builds websites from the ground up — not using page builders — and can translate Figma designs into clean, maintainable, and responsive code.

This role is perfect for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and enjoys creating scalable, well-structured front-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain
    custom WordPress themes
    using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (no page builders).
  • Translate
    Figma or XD designs
    into fully functional and responsive websites.
  • Implement
    Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
    and
    Custom Post Types (CPTs)
    to create dynamic and editable content.
  • Work with WordPress
    theme hierarchy
    , template parts, and reusable components.
  • Manage
    version control
    using Git (GitHub / Bitbucket) and deploy changes through staging environments.
  • Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and debug front-end or theme-related issues using console logs or PHP error logs.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    4–6 years of experience
    in front-end or WordPress development.
  • Strong understanding of
    WordPress theme hierarchy
    , hooks, and template structure.
  • Proficiency in
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
    , and
    PHP
    .
  • Experience with
    ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
    ,
    Custom Post Types
    , and
    WordPress APIs
    .
  • Familiarity with
    front-end libraries or frameworks
    such as
    jQuery
    ,
    GSAP
    ,
    Swiper
    ,
    Bootstrap
    , or
    Tailwind CSS
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Git
    and
    staging/deployment workflows
    .
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write clean, organized, and reusable code.
