Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly maintained and updated.
  • Assist in audit preparation, tax filing, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Manage supplier invoices, payment processing, and customer billing.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary when required.
  • Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, or similar).
  • Good attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
