The Editor is responsible for the publication of books and reference works. The rolerequires the candidate to be fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.The candidate will be tasked with content development and ensuring the accuracy andcurrency of the editorial content for all products within the assigned portfolio.
Additional primary responsibilities of commissioning new authors, managing authorrelations, controlling and developing content in line with customer needs, keepingaware and ahead of competitor publications, conducting an annual product review toassess the performance of the assigned products, building knowledge of the marketand assisting customers with queries as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
LLB Degree or equivalent
CLP an advantage
Prior publishing or writing experience will be valuable

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated legal research skills
