Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Lecturer located in Shah Alam. The F&B Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and developing course materials related to food service, customer service, and culinary skills. The Lecturer will also be involved in mentoring students, assessing student performances, and contributing to curriculum development. Additionally, the role includes engaging in research activities, attending faculty meetings, and participating in departmental activities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Service, Food & Beverage (handling wine/alcohol)
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Strong instructional and mentoring abilities
- Relevant teaching or industry certifications are a plus
- Experience in the hospitality or culinary arts industry is advantageous
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred
