RBT Teacher

• Possess, understand and be able to interpret and explain the content of the syllabus and the description of the RBT subject syllabus
• Understand and comply with circulars and instructions related to the RBT subject and determine and set goals to be achieved, namely in terms of knowledge, abilities and skills at the end of the term for each level.
• Have an updated Lesson Plan Record Book and submit it to the principal at the specified time.
• Prepare a complete Lesson Plan for the subjects taught for a period of one year/term/daily and implement the teaching according to the Lesson Plan provided.
• Prepare and provide sufficient training and activities, check the student training book and return it as soon as possible.
• Submit / show the training book to the principal or his representative at the required time.
• Conduct Monthly Tests and assessments for students. Record the questions and test results in the Teaching Record Book.
• Detect student weaknesses and conduct remedial or guidance classes.
• Be a member of the subject committee, attend committee meetings and implement the decisions of the committee meetings.
• Re-convey information to other teachers who teach the same subject.
• Always follow developments and updates on teaching techniques for the subject in question to further improve performance in teaching and learning.
• Report to the Academic Head of Department on teaching and learning problems for further action.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of teaching aids used.
• Ensure that teaching aids are used widely and are responsible for adding teaching aids to enrich the School Resource Center.
• Organize corners of the subject in the classes taught.
• Help manage the Question Bank.
• Comply with the Principal's instructions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences or equivalent
• Degree in Education or Teaching or equivalent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
