Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning

  • Plan and conduct engaging lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.
  • Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and structured activities.
  • Support children's development in literacy, numeracy, communication, motor skills, and social skills.
  • Observe and assess children's progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

2. Classroom Management

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
  • Establish routines, rules, and positive behaviour management strategies.
  • Ensure each child feels included, supported, and encouraged.

3. Child Safety & Well-being

  • Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and proper conduct.
  • Handle minor injuries and follow safety/health protocols.
  • Identify signs of learning difficulties or emotional challenges and report to the supervisor.

4. Parent Engagement

  • Build positive relationships with parents and guardians.
  • Provide updates on student progress through meetings, reports, and daily communication.
  • Involve parents in school activities and events when required.

5. Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and lesson plans.
  • Assist with school events, outings, and celebrations.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
