Role:

This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety standards are followed, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing inventory management.

Peranan:

Jawatan ini bertanggungjawab untuk mengawasi operasi harian gudang, memastikan piawaian keselamatan dipatuhi, mengekalkan ketepatan inventori dan mengoptimumkan pengurusan inventori.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audit and cycle counts, ensuring stocks are organized and accessible.
  • Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment and address potential hazards promptly.
  • Ensure all warehouse tools and equipment are well maintained and in safe working conditions to prevent operational disruptions.
  • To report any incident in the warehouse to Operation Manager.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse
  • Record raw material issuance/return to/from production and timely

Tanggungjawab:

  • Menjalankan aktiviti harian gudang, termasuk menerima, menyimpan dan menghantar barangan untuk memastikan aliran kerja yang efisyen.
  • Memantau dan mengekalkan tahap inventori yang tepat melalui audit berkala dan kiraan kitaran, memastikan stok teratur dan boleh diakses.
  • Memastikan prosedur dan peraturan keselamatan dipatuhi untuk mengekalkan persekitaran kerja yang selamat dan menangani potensi bahaya dengan segera.
  • Memastikan semua alatan dan peralatan gudang diselenggara dengan baik dan dalam keadaan kerja yang selamat untuk mengelakkan gangguan operasi.
  • Melaporkan sebarang insiden di gudang kepada Pengurus Operasi.
  • Memastikan  kawasan gudang yang sentiasa bersih dan teratur.
  • Rekod pengeluaran/pemulangan bahan mentah

Education:

SPM or High school certificate.

Pendidikan:

SPM atau sijil sekolah menengah.

Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

  • Warehouse operation
  • Forklift/reach truck handling
  • Experience with SAP system
  • Understand basic English

Pengetahuan, kemahiran teknikal/profesional:

  • Operasi gudang
  • Pengendalian forklift/trak jangkauan
  • Berpengalaman menggunakan sistem SAP
  • Memahami bahasa Inggeris asas

Experience:

Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in warehouse operation.

Pengalaman:

Pengalaman minimum 2 - 3 tahun dalam operasi gudang.

Language Skill:

Bahasa Malaysia

Basic English

Kemahiran Bahasa:

Bahasa Malaysia

Bahasa Inggeris Asas
