Specifically, be accountable and responsible for day-to-day operations within a certain Contract/ Client which includes being the bridge between the multiple parties in TA and the clients' site pertaining to operations matters

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Specifically, be accountable and responsible for inspecting the accuracy of un-stuffing/unloading put away/ picking list against physical stocks and ensuring stocks are free from damages and abnormalities before put away / loading within a certain Contract/Client.
  • As a constructive and measurable approach, KPI being the ultimate evidence of performance, this will need to be diligently monitored and compiled for periodic review which includes operations and financial data for internal and external circulation.
  • Assist the Warehouse Executives / Supervisors to ensure that the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations are met.
  • The Warehouse Assistant prime responsibility is to ensure that un-stuffing tally sheets/put away list/ picking list/pallet ids are accurate against the physical stocks and ensuring the stocks are free from damages and abnormalities before being put away/ loaded. She/he is also to report to his/her superior on any issues pertaining to the operations and is able to assist his/her team to meet the operational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

-Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics

-Minimum 2 years experience in related field

-Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to multitask, responsive and manage time effectively.

-Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written)
