Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Salary - RM 2,400 – RM 2,800 per month

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices, credit notes, and receipts to customers accurately and promptly.
• Process supplier bills and payments in a timely manner.
• Perform bank entries and update the general ledger accordingly.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accounts.
• Perform retail and online sales reconciliation.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience using SQL Accounting Software will be an advantage.
• Teamwork is very important for the company's workflow and culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
