As a Live Host Supervisor at Cuura Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing a team of live hosts who are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through dynamic and engaging sales presentations. This full-time position is based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Live hosting at studio (IN HOUSE)
  • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the live host team to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance
  • Providing coaching, training and mentorship to live hosts to develop their sales and presentation skills
  • Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with the sales management team to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations
  • Fostering a positive and motivational work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity
  • Analysing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales supervisor or team leader role, preferably in the live sales or customer service industry
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, and problem-solving
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
