Working hours: 10 am - 7 pm ; Closes on every Friday

Role/ Responsibilites :

  • Provide high class customer service and increase company's sales and growth.
  • Responsible to manage the department (books, stationery, photostate, uniforms) that was assigned.
  • Attend to the customers needs, resolve complaints and make orders to ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Maintain a fully-stocked department that includes restocking.
  • Arrange and label books / stationery / uniforms on display.
  • Ensure merchandise on display are clean and presentable.
  • Greeting and serving customers as soon as they enter the store and advertise the products in-store.
  • Ascertain customer's needs and wants.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the department.

Requirement / Skills:

  • Experience is not needed/compulsary.
  • Students are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in Malay and English (preferably)
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personalityBasic administration skills
  • Minimum High School (SPM) qualification
