Welding Engineer

·  Be responsible for welding capital equipment or production line design concept, technical support for production line and equipment of new product development.

·  equipment  parts quotation, design and production, and provide the relevant technical supporting for the Engineering \Sales and quality depts.

·  Ensure all the welding engineering be designed in time & efficiently. All the related documents are completed on time according to the system required.

·  Design and establish an initial manufacturing process flow for weld products cost analysis, including the weld type and the test plan

·  Support NPI for DFM of Weld products. Support sales to get the quotation.

·  Process development and improvement for weld production.

·  The welding process development for copper and Aluminum, include the fixtures, tooling and the electrode design, such as the diffusion weld, resistance weld, friction weld, Ultrasonic weld etc.

·  Join the team to evaluate weld quality standard and Cosmetic inspection standard experience

·  Mass production continues improvement, improve efficiency and cost reduction.

·  Be responsible for technical support for sales.

·  Other's duty comes from supervisor.

Education & Professional Experience:

· 5 years working experience and knowledge of busbar products welding process, especially copper and aluminum diffusion welding, resistance welding, friction welding, ultrasonic welding, etc.

· Knowledge of metallic materials, especially the physical and electrical properties of aluminum and copper

· Understand the inspection and testing methods related to weld products. Be familiar with related test instruments.

· Relevant experience in automotive industry

· Proficient skills in Auto CAD or other software.

· College degree or above, majoring in welding or metal material is preferred
