Responsibilities :

  • Make and serve beverages such as coffee and tea.
  • Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios).
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
  • Ensure excellent and professional service at all times with the guidance of the Company's Standard Operation Procedure.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or SPM graduates.
  • Passionate in coffee.
  • Able to work weekends and public holiday.
  • Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Friendly, Positive attitude, Self-Disciplined and Willing to learn.
