Design and implement control programs based on project requirements, involving various PLC or DDC controllers, HMIs, and computer-based systems—either independently or in integrated configurations.

Perform on-site commissioning, start-up system, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently during project execution.

Complete assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Monitor project progress, perform system setup and commissioning, and prepare all necessary documentation.

Assist team leaders and lead engineers in developing, updating, and revising PLC programs, HMI graphics, AutoCAD drawings, and related technical documents.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source materials, components, and tools according to project requirements. Raise purchase requests and ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays.

Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using platforms such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Koyo, Mitsubishi, Schneider, and others.

Configure and manage BMS and SCADA systems, including WinCC, Factory TalkView, DesigoCC, Schneider, and Tridium and etc

Prepare and update technical drawings and engineering documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.

10.    Take full ownership of assigned projects, managing all stages from initial planning to final handover.

11.    Design and calculate HVAC technical solutions with a strong emphasis on electrical controls, translating requirements into efficient and reliable PLC programs.

12.    Lead the electrical design and technical engineering for complete hatchery project solutions.

13.    Collaborate closely with the ACMV Project/Service Team and the in-house BMS/EMS team to ensure seamless project execution.

14.    Work with the Pre-Sales team to support technical proposals, provide engineering insights, and ensure alignment with project deliverables.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of project experience in any logic controller and HMI programming (any major brand).

Practical experience with PLC systems in the industrial automation field is highly preferred.

Knowledge of HVAC systems and HVAC control logic is an added advantage.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Revit is a plus.

Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and meet demanding project schedules.

Able to take initiative in planning, proposing, and sourcing technical solutions.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with basic proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

10.    Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.

11.    Possess a valid driver's license (minimum Class D or DA).

12.    Willing to travel to project sites when required.
