About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join the innovative team at Gussmann Technologies Sdn Bhd. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and understanding our client's business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating these into effective technology solutions. This full-time position is based in our vibrant office in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

  1. Gathering and analysing business requirements from clients to identify their needs and pain points
  2. Documenting and communicating business requirements in a clear and concise manner
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  4. Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to ensure solutions meet client expectations
  5. Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  4. Proficient in business analysis techniques, such as process mapping, user story writing, and requirements elicitation
  5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
