Job Description 

• Lead and manage daily production operations for plastic injection molding and related assembly processes.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Oversee machine utilization, mold changeovers, manpower planning, and shift performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues, ensure minimal downtime, and drive process improvements.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure product quality, compliance with standards (ISO/TS, customer requirements), and strong coordination with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Train, coach, and develop production supervisors, leaders, and operators.
• Monitor KPI performance, generate reports, and support management decision-making.
• Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and continuous improvement culture on the shop floor

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Tool & Die Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in rubber or plastic injection molding, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge in molding, tooling fabrication, and injection molding processes.
