Here, you'll learn through real work, real guidance, and real exposure. We'll help you grow your confidence and your technical foundation as you support web maintenance and assist with client support cases.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in updating and managing website content across various WordPress websites.
  • Support routine backend maintenance such as plugin updates, theme checks, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Learn to use Wordfence to help monitor website security and identify potential risks.
  • Assist in performing website health checks, uptime monitoring, and reporting bugs or errors.
  • Help with basic server-related tasks such as DNS checking, email setup, and hosting panel operations (with guidance).

  • Support EDM development tasks — including:

  • HTML slicing and formatting

  • Ensuring EDMs display correctly across major email clients
  • Running compatibility tests and fixing layout issues
  • Collaborate with the tech and design teams to ensure smooth deployment of updates and fixes.
  • Document technical issues, maintenance logs, and support requests clearly and accurately.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 12 weeks.
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress, or strong interest in learning it quickly.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (important for EDM development tasks).
  • Bonus: exposure to DNS, cPanel/hosting setup, troubleshooting, or email configuration.
  • Curious and eager to understand how websites work behind the scenes.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling technical or repetitive tasks.

Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
