Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, specializing in providing customized travel packages to partners across the ASEAN region. We offer an extensive range of travel services, including cruises, to ensure our partners receive high-quality, unique travel experiences.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Visa Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Requirement

  • Working Experience in the tourism industry is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English, Mandarin.
  • Outspoken & soft spoken person.
  • Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry
  • Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour
  • Basic computer skill (Outlook, excel, Words and PowerPoint)

Responsibility

  • Assist in the processing and documentation of travel visa and additional services.
  • Coordinate with customers and relevant authorities to obtain necessary documentation and information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of documents, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Handle book-keeping tasks, including managing invoices, expense reports and financial records related to visa services.
  • Collaborate with the team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct research on visa requirements, regulations and updates. Communicate relevant information to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining professional communication.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings and interviews related to visa services.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports and maintaining office supplies.
