Boiler Technician

Job Opening: Boilerman (Grade 2 / Grade 1 Preferred)

Work Location: Prai, Penang

Sector: Food Manufacturing – Focused on Soy Sauce Production

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate boiler systems efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs of boilers and related equipment.
• Monitor operational parameters such as pressure, temperature, and water levels.
• Record and maintain boiler logs, including fuel usage and maintenance history.
• Provide support for factory maintenance and utility operations as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Boilerman Grade 2 Certificate from DOSH Malaysia; Grade 1 certificate is an added advantage.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Familiar with safety standards and preventive maintenance processes.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Candidates below the age of 50 are preferred.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
