Position: Content Creator

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9.00am-6.00pm

Location: Unit B-1-6 Shoplot Vista Alam, Jalan Ikhtisas, Seksyen 14,40000 Shah Alam,Selangor

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to develop engaging content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who understands current trends, can produce high-quality visuals and captions, and is comfortable working independently as well as with a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, etc.)
  • Brainstorm creative ideas and content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility
  • Shoot and edit photos/videos suitable for social media
  • Manage daily posting schedule and maintain consistent branding
  • Work with marketing team to develop monthly content calendars
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and latest social media updates
  • Assist with live content, behind-the-scenes shoots, product demos, and campaign materials
  • Analyse performance of posts and suggest improvements
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices
  • Skilled in video editing and photo editing apps/software
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop is an advantage)
  • Ability to handle phone camera or professional camera equipment
