As our Test Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring product reliability and performance through testing, debugging and equipment maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operate production test equipment (including flying probe, in-circuit test, and functional testers).
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective products from assembly/system level down to component level.
  • Debug and analyse failure boards, including field returns.
  • Control WIP inventory of boards under debug and maintain accurate traceability.
  • Maintain and perform reactive maintenance on test equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor test performance and yield trends to support continuous improvement.
  • Support implementation of engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Develop and update technical or operational training documentation.
  • Supervise and guide Engineering Operators.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in electronics testing, debugging or functional verification.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills at both system and component level.
  • Familiarity with ICT, flying probe, or functional test systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and data-analysis abilities.
  • Able to manage WIP debug inventory effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with some leadership experience or potential.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong soldering skill will be adding advantage.
