SAP RE-FX Consultant

SAP RE-FX Consultant

Contract: 3-6 months, possibility for extension

Notice: Immediate Joiners

Work Mode: 100% onsite

Skills required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance, or related field
  • 8 Plus years' experience in SAP RE-FX module , with at least 2 full-cycle RE-FX implementations
  • Experience with Technical/implementation/roll out projects
  • Ability to handle project single handedly and with the team
  • Proficient in customizing RE-FX components: contract types, condition types, posting parameters
  • Familiarity with real estate portfolio management and reporting tools
  • The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in real estate processes and hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP RE-FX implementations, including configuration, integration, and support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute full-cycle SAP RE-FX implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure and manage lease contracts, rental agreements, real estate objects, and valuation processes
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, CO, MM, PM, and other relevant modules
  • Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and prepare documentation
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
