Standard Job Responsibilities:

  • Takes food and beverage orders from patrons, answers questions regarding prices, substitutions, quality or quantity of menu items, and availability of menu items.
  • Delivers food and beverages to tables; waits on tables to insure that patrons are supplied with beverage refills or clean utensils when desired.
  • Removes dishes and utensils; cleans and dusts tables and chairs; fills sugar, salt, and pepper containers; sweeps floors.
  • Any other duties task as and when assigned or required from time to time.

  • To exercise reasonable care and caution to ensure that the confidentiality of Company's documents and all material information in relation to the business is not compromised.
  • To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
  • To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks:

  • Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team.
  • Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  • Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
