  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and supporting the selection process.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and training institutions; plan and manage on-campus recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure quick turnaround for critical roles.
  • Research and stay updated on recruitment trends, tracking results from hiring events and job postings to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and negotiate job offers in line with company policies and approved guidelines.
  • Manage and support employment advertising, internship programs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct background and reference checks for selected candidates.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide market insights, recruitment best practices, and retention strategies.
  • Support the implementation of the overall recruitment strategy across Penang and Kedah.
