  • Monitor and ensure that all processes and products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Utilize quality tools such as 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and SPC to analyze and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Manage customer complaints, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct inspections and testing using measuring instruments such as CMM and optical inspection systems.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve quality performance and reduce defect rates.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with quality analysis tools and customer complaint handling.
  • Experience in precision manufacturing or silicone-based products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with Mandarin-speaking principals.
  • Willing to undergo a 3-6 months training in China.
  • Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
