General Information
The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing Salesforce-based solutions that align with business needs and objectives. They will ensure that the solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient and work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their requirements. The Solution Architect will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical designs and leading the implementation of the solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and processes and develop scalable solutions using the Salesforce platform.
• Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce-based solutions that align with business needs and the IT landscape strategy.
• Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective by creating thorough technical designs, conducting documentation, reviewing code, and performing system testing.
• Oversee the implementation of designed solutions to ensure successful deployment.
• Ensure adherence to the existing data model, coding standards, best practices, as well as Schaeffler's security and compliance requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Document architecture models to maintain clarity and consistency in solution design.
• Keep abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends, leading discussions on potential improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead and manage junior architects and developers, providing mentorship and guidance to the Salesforce development team.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience architecting and developing Salesforce-based solutions
• Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification required
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
• Knowledge of application architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and security architecture
• Experience leading and managing technical teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
• Bizzdesign Enterprise Studio or Horizon knowledge is not necessary but welcome
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
