JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in related field with Chargeman Certificate AO Level
  • Good knowledge on building maintenance (AO) & ST requirements.
  • Good facility electrical knowledge, tools and equipment used in building maintenance, reconstruction and repair work.
  • Experience with 3 - 5 years manufacturing plant facility field
  • Utility data collection and analysis

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To attend, repair and maintenance of overall factory's electrical issues, water (plumbing), sewage system, compressor, dryer, goods lift, receiver tank, air-conditioning, lighting and other related of production facilities.
  • Engage in daily routine inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure all electrical station, facilities and building equipment are in good condition.
  • Carry out repair jobs that maybe required i the company hostel or condominium if need support.
  • To ensure monthly inspection for fire fighting equipments as fire extinguishetr, break glass & emergency alarm
  • Re-painting floor and wall when need to ensure meet customer requirements and continues factory improvements
  • Required additional initiative work extra hours and support on weekend when needs and major responsibilities on facility equipment shutdown and start up
  • Factory maintenance including re-painting wall and floors epoxy/ plumbing/ lighting/ air-conditioning/ fan/ signage/ compressor/ dryer/ chiller/ goods lift/ receiver tank/ sewage system and support IETS & DI Water system if needed
  • Always follow superior or higher level instruction on special task given
  • Daily facility equipment data collection and analysis for continues improvements
  • Any emergency situation, able to reach by phone call and support as soon as possible
