Driver cum Dispatch

Job Scope:

1. Driving Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles for the delivery of finished products, raw materials, and documents between factories, warehouses, and customers.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection according to schedule.
• Load and unload goods with care to avoid damage.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tire pressure, cleanliness, etc.) and report any faults or required maintenance.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company regulations.

2. Dispatch & Documentation Duties

• Collect, deliver, and file official documents, invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and other correspondence.
• Obtain proper signatures, stamps, or acknowledgements for all delivered documents.
• Maintain accurate record of all dispatch activities and trips in the logbook.
• Assist in handling courier and postal arrangements.
• Support administrative staff with internal document circulation and deliveries.

3. General Support

• Assist in simple factory errands, such as collecting parts, materials, or office supplies.
• Ensure confidentiality of all company documents handled.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of company vehicle at all times.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driving license (Class D / GDL preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
