Job Title: Marketing & Store Operations Executive

Location: DAMAI HILLPARK, JALAN DAMAI PERDANA 6/1F, BANDAR DAMAI PERDANA, 56000 KL.

Working Hours: 10am – 8pm / 11am – 9pm (adjustable)

Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,800 + Performance Bonus

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to handle both store operations and marketing content creation.

You will take care of the shop, customers, inventory, and also help create simple TikTok videos, product photos, and basic social media posts.

Main Responsibilities

A) Store Operations (Physical Shop)

  • Assist walk-in customers & explain product features
  • Demonstrate ride-on cars safely
  • Manage showroom cleanliness & product arrangement
  • Unbox and assemble display units
  • Stock checking & inventory updates
  • Handle payments & issue receipts (POS system provided)
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickup orders
  • Basic customer service (WhatsApp & TikTok Shop chat)

B) Marketing & Social Media

  • Shoot simple TikTok videos (product demo, unboxing, features)
  • Appear in videos (optional but preferred)
  • Post daily content on TikTok/FB/IG (template provided)
  • Take product photos for website/social media
  • Write simple captions & upload consistently
  • Assist in TikTok Shop livestream (optional)
  • Help with basic editing (CapCut templates provided)

C) Admin & Support

  • Maintain product SKUs and labels
  • Update order status
  • Report low stock
  • Follow simple SOPs for store & marketing tasks

Requirements

  • No experience required (training provided)
  • Age 18–35 (preferred)
  • Comfortable with TikTok & social media
  • Able to communicate in Malay (basic English/Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Responsible, punctual & good attitude
  • Enjoy working with kids' products
  • Able to handle light assembling work
  • Comfortable being on camera (bonus)

Salary & Benefits

  • RM2,300 – RM2,800 basic salary
