Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Company Directors and family members to various destinations as required, including work, meetings, appointments, events, and personal errands.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and good condition of all assigned vehicles at all times (interior and exterior).
  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of vehicles (fuel, oil, tire pressure, battery, etc.).
  • Ensure that all vehicles are serviced regularly and kept in roadworthy condition.
  • Plan routes and estimate travel times to ensure punctuality.
  • Operate the vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Standby for driving assignments during weekends, public holidays, and after working hours when required.
  • Assist with loading/unloading items, shopping errands, or ad hoc tasks when requested.
  • Maintain a logbook for mileage, fuel, maintenance, and usage records.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience, preferably as a personal or corporate driver.
  • Familiarity with routes in the Klang Valley, Selangor, and interstate highways.
  • Experience in driving luxury vehicles (e.g., Alphard, Mercedes, BMW, etc.) is preferred.
  • Able to work extended hours, weekends, and be on call at short notice.
  • Physically fit, alert, well-groomed, and punctual.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
Working Days & Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: Full day
  • Saturday: Half day
  • Availability: Must be on standby for weekends, holidays, and after-hours when required
