Senior Buyer Planner

Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the EHS, Quality Policy and Quality System. Develop and lead the implemented of Procurement Strategies, resulting in a strong supply base that continuously creates a sustainable competitive advantage align with Global sourcing initiative where applicable. Develop Annual Business/Operating Plans that will reflect year-over-year cost reductions, quality enhancements and overall continuous improvement. Provides strategic influence while building value-adding relationships with key suppliers and internal customer groups by applying advanced knowledge of purchasing & planning principles, practices, tools and technology. Supports the creation, approval, and implementation of new company-wide policies. Works with Management to implement trending, monitoring and enforcement mechanisms. Candidate required to posess at least Degree holder in any related field. At least 9 years experience in related field. Preferably Executives specializing in Planning, Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent. Required skill(s): interpersonal communications, negotiation, analytical, MS Office, SAP, MRP. Has working experience in MNC will be value added.
