Position Overview:

  • The position is part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence focusing on SAP O2C (Order to Cash) Operations Support
  • This position is open for candidates with a business background who have a strong desire to learn about ERP software and join the SAP CoE
  • In this position, the candidate will develop her/his expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), GTS (Global Trade Services) and the integration with other SAP Modules such as P2P (Procure to Pay), D2R (Demand to Replenishment) and RTR (Record to Report).
  • In this role you will be required to gather and analyze Business requirements for improvements and implement business solutions based on validated user requirements, adhering to SAP standard and to the SAP S/4 Global template
  • You will be supporting existing sites using O2C and GTS. This includes solving open incidents, performing analysis, proposing solutions and follow the deployment process until Production
  • You will liaise remotely with a number of colleagues across the globe
  • Within a matrix organization you will report to SAP CoE Operations O2C Lead, APAC

Performance Achievements

  • You will be proactive in building excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders
  • You will need to be a self-starter who can quickly develop a good understanding of our O2C and GTS template (within 3 months)
  • You will be required to build knowledge of the SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning
  • You will be required to evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possible
  • Within 3 months, the ability to rapidly assimilate assigned business domain processes and related ERP module
  • Processes information quickly on basic ERP concepts (way of customizing system to adhere to standard way of working and master data requirements in your specific domain)
  • Gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes
  • Ensure adherence to EH&S policy and procedures and any other site-specific safety guidelines.
  • Act in an environmentally responsible manner and adhere to site 5S safety standards.

Key Competence Requirements

You'll need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain area especially in Sales Order Fulfillment Process.
  • More than 7 working experiences in SAP CoE
  • be an outstanding self-starter with a commitment to delivering high quality work in pressurized environments
  • Be comfortable working independently in a "remote working" organization
  • A 4-year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required
  • Proactivity to study and improve SAP skills, willing to learn new things
  • Preferably Mandarin speaking
