We are hiring Sales Engineers to join the Industrial Air teams in Penang.  A dynamic and motivated team, the role with Industrial Air offers the opportunity for growth and development for the right candidate within a supportive environment.  If you love the challenge of sales, value customer satisfaction and have a passion for growth, this could be the role for you.

Key expectations:

  • Achieve sales target within product range in assigned territory.
  • Pursue sales lead, promote product and conclude order with professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
  • Feedback and make report as per requirement by Business Line Manager on all sales related activities and market information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customers.
  • Whenever possible, assist to promote service and products of non Oil-injected.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per Business Line Manager's instruction

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years sales experience in industrial supplies or machinery related industry
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English is essential
  • Presentation Skill, Business Writing Skill, Negotiation Skill, Socializing Skill, Selling Skill
  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel

Knowelge:

  • Computer literate 
  • Good command of English is essential
  • Presentation Skill, Business Writing Skill, Negotiation Skill, Socializing Skill, Selling Skill

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
