About the role...

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented TPM (Infra Engineer) to support our Malaysia operations. You will drive the end-to-end delivery of IT Infrastructure and OMEGA projects while serving as the on-site technical guardian for the Smart Warehouse (ALPOS) system. Beyond ensuring IT services meet SLA/SLO standards, this role requires strong hands-on problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for first-line troubleshooting of automation equipment and system anomalies, bridging the gap between local business units and the HQ technical team to ensure uninterrupted logistics operations.
Job Responsibilities

What you will do...

Project Management & Execution:

· Regional Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and acceptance of IT/Infra projects in SEA (including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management).

· Requirements Alignment: Interface directly with local business units to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into technical specifications for HQ alignment.

Infrastructure & ALPOS Operations Support

· Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for both general IT infrastructure and the ALPOS smart warehouse system.

· Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, hardware failures, and system outages on-site. Collaborate with HQ engineering teams for complex technical issues.

· Incident Response: Monitor the health of the warehouse IT environment and execute emergency response protocols to minimize downtime.

Vendor Management & Implementation:

· Vendor Coordination: Manage local ISPs, cabling contractors, and equipment vendors for installation and maintenance, ensuring work quality complies with HQ security and architectural standards.

· Asset & Facility Management: Execute local IT asset management, server room maintenance, and regular infrastructure inspections.

Process Standardization & Documentation:

· SOP Optimization: Establish and refine local IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifically creating troubleshooting guides for infra connectivity and warehouse scenarios.

· Documentation: Prepare project acceptance reports, maintenance logs, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.

Requirements

Who you are...

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills to manage the main tasks:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

· 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Project Management, or on-site technical support.

· Experience in executing cross-border or multi-site projects is preferred.

· PMP / Agile / ITIL certifications are a plus.

· Proficient in English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in Chinese or the local language is highly preferred for business communication.

· Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI).

· Proven ability in schedule control, risk management, and project governance.

· Solid understanding of IT infrastructure operations and procurement processes.

· Excellent documentation and reporting skills (Bilingual in Chinese & English is preferred) for business communication needs.

· Organized and detail-oriented.

· Skilled in cross-functional coordination and on-site adaptability.

· High stress tolerance with a strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
