About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in
Banking or Wealth Management
to lead end-to-end delivery of key technology and business initiatives. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects — from planning and budgeting to stakeholder management and progress reporting — while ensuring alignment with the PMO framework and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive
    project plans, schedules, and budgets
    to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Lead project activities across all phases of the
    Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
    , from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects effectively.
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to senior management, recommending solutions where necessary.
  • Drive effective communication across teams, ensuring updates are timely, relevant, and clear.
  • Manage change requests and ensure project scope is tightly controlled with proper approvals.
  • Work closely with the
    Project Management Office (PMO)
    to align with governance standards and manage project interdependencies.
  • Conduct
    post-implementation reviews
    to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in
    Information Technology
    , Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    4 years of project management experience
    , preferably in
    Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management
    .
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Strong knowledge of
    project management methodologies
    and tools.
  • Excellent
    analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • PMP certification
    or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
