Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, creative environment. You will assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing programs across various channels. Fresh graduates who are self-motivated, organized, and have a flair for communication are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Campaign Support

  2. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and print)

  3. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to support marketing execution

  4. Help prepare promotional presentations and materials

  5. Events & Promotions

  6. Support the organization of events, webinars, trade shows, and product launches

  7. Assist with logistics, registration, and follow-up communications

  8. Help manage marketing materials for events (banners, brochures, giveaways)

  9. Market Research & Analysis

  10. Conduct basic market and competitor research

  11. Compile and analyze customer feedback and campaign performance

- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using marketing data

  1. Administrative & Team Support

  2. Maintain marketing inventory and collateral

  3. Coordinate meeting schedules, take minutes, and manage internal communication

  4. Assist in processing marketing invoices and expense tracking
