About the role

U4U AUTOMART SDN BHD' is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor (Used Car) to join our team in Sandakan , Sabah. As a full-time Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service within our thriving used car dealership.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
2. Showcasing and demonstrating our wide range of quality used cars
3. Providing detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
4. Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
6. Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
7. Providing excellent post-sales support and follow-up with customers
8. Experience in Media Social such as Facebook & Tiktok and able to do Live Tiktok

What we're looking for

1. Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in used car sales
2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer needs effectively
5. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
6. A driven and competitive mindset to achieve and exceed sales goals
