  1. Liaise with customers on product quality issues and address customers' concerns with corrective action and preventive action plan formalized among in-house manufacturing personnel.
  2. Responsible for in-house coordination for customer visits and audit, including follow-up of corrective and preventive actions from customer findings as well as compilation of 8D report.
  3. Responsible for establishing and reviewing acceptance criteria (visual aids) for use by production and QA personnel.
  4. Responsible for ensuring the quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors is meeting company expectations.
  5. Responsible for coordinating the review of FMEA and setting up the Control Plan.
  6. Responsible for supervision of external quality management: customer quality assurance, outgoing quality assurance, first article inspection and failure analysis.
  7. Responsible for monitoring external performance monitoring such as suppliers, sub-contractors, and customers, as well as triggers for improvement.
  8. Responsible for product certification activities, including material declaration, UL certification, and reliability tests.
  9. Responsible for coordinating with Customer Quality and the internal audit team to conduct pre-audit assessment before customer audit.
  10. Responsible for coordinating in-house preparation prior to external audit by the certification body or customers.
  11. Responsible for ensuring the corrective action replies of all internal and external audit discrepancies are closed effectively.
  12. Responsible for assisting QMR in monitoring and tracking company quality objectives.
  13. Responsible for ensuring the quality management system implementations and maintenances in accordance with the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, and customer requirements such as BIQS are met.
